नगर परिषद रामपुर बुशहर में काग्रेस पार्षदों द्वारा भाजपा के पार्षदों के साथ मिलकर 9 में से 5 पार्षदों ने अध्यक्ष ‘प्रीती’ और उप प्रधान अश्वनी नेगी के खिलाफ “अविश्वास प्रस्ताव” लाया है।
5 पार्षदों ने मिलकर इस बाबत DC को पत्र सौंपा। पार्षदों ने पत्र के माध्यम से वर्तमान परिषद पर कार्यों में पूरी तरह विफल रहने का आरोप लगाया है।
गौर हो कि नगर परिषद रामपुर बुशहर में 9 में से 7 पार्षद कांग्रेस के जीते हैं। सहमति न बनने की स्थिति में प्रीति को अढ़ाई साल के लिए प्रधान बनाया था लेकिन अढ़ाई साल बीत जाने के बाद भी मुस्कान को अब तक प्रधान नहीं बनाया तो अविश प्रस्ताव ले आए। यही नहीं इस अढ़ाई साल में कोई भी ऐसा कार्य नहीं हुआ जिसका श्रेय ले सके।
इस दौरान उल्टा उपलब्धि रही कि इंक्रोचमेंट के मामले में कुछ पार्षद बाहर हो गए थे जिसकी अपील कोर्ट में करने के बाद मामला अभी विचाराधीन है।
6 बार मुख्यमंत्री रहे स्व वीरभद्र सिंह के नाम पर राजनीति होती रही और आज तक रामपुर बुशहर में एक छात्र कांग्रेस का राशन रहा। लेकिन दो वर्ष पूर्व उनके निधन के तुरंत बाद इसी हाउस ने रामपुर बुशहर में वीरभद्र सिंह की प्रतिमा लगाने का प्रस्ताव पारित किया लेकिन जिनकी छत्रछाया में राजनीति होती रही 2 साल बाद भी उनकी प्रतिमा रामपुर बुशहर में ही नहीं लग पाई।
अब कांग्रेस ही काग्रेस के खिलाफ खड़ी हो गई है। जबकि stta me bhi कांग्रेस ही है। अब देखना होगा कि अंतिम निर्णय क्या होता है।

Ashwani Negi of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, HP under section 25 The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 readwith rule 92 of The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2015,

Most humbly submitted that We, (1) Smt. Muskan, Elected Councilor from Ward No. 9 (2) Visheshar Lal Elected Councilor from Ward No 2 (3) Rohitashav Singh Mehta Elected Councilor from Ward No. 5 (4) Smt. Kanta Devi Elected Councilor from Ward No. 6 & (5) Smt Swati Bansal Elected Councilor from Ward No. 4, Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, HP do hereby unanimously intend to move No-Confidence Motion against the President Smt. Preeti & Vice-President Sh. Ashwani Negi of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, H.P. to vacate their respective offices on the following grounds:-
1 That both the President & Vice President of The Municipal Council. Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla. HP are habitual failures to perform their respective duties as per the provisions of law and rules made thereunder
- That both the President & Vice-President of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, HP have completely failed to maintain proper co- ordination and communication amongst all the elected councilors of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla. HP
- That both the President & Vice-President of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, H.P. have been biased towards all of us and have completely failed to carry out and execute developmental works in our respective wards despite of repeated requests
- That both the President & Vice-President of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, H.P. have been abusing their respective powers and positions so as to provide undue benefits to their well wishers & supporters
- That both the President & Vice-President of The Municipal Council, Rampur
Bushahr, District Shimla, H.P. have completely failed to uplift the financial.

6 That both the President & Vice President of The Municipal Council Rampur Bushahr District Shimla, HP have been deliberately ignoring all the suggestions given by the applicants for the development of aros of Tre Municipal Council. Rampur Bushahr and also for the welfare of the inhabitants of the area. Thus both of them are failures and the applicants by way of present motion want the President & Vice-President of The Municipal Council Rampur Bushahr to vacate their respective offices
7 That the present “No-Confidence Mation has not been moved within the period of one year of the date of election of The President & Vice-President of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr and this is the first “No-Confidence Motion moved against the aforesaid persons.
- That the present “No-Confidence Motion” has been moved by the majority of the total elected members of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr
It is, therefore, most humbly requested that the Notice of intention to move “No-Confidence Motion” against the President Smt. Preeti & Vice- President Sh, Ashwani Negi of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, H.P to vacate their respective offices may kindly be served upon all the elected members of The Municipal Council, Rampur Bushahr and a meeting be
convened as per the provisions of law and rules made thereunder for the
consideration of the aforesaid motion
